mbas Material Management manages the purchase cycle efficiently, by overcoming the challenges of monitoring backlog purchase orders. Material management handles purchase order creation, approval, release of purchase order; vendor confirmation; order follow up; order documents. mbas Stock Reconciliation process checks the physical stock of the items against the system maintained stock of items across the different stock types. In case, any discrepancy is found the system executes the reconciliation, both for the stock and its value, along with the reasons for the discrepancies.

When a customer raises the Stores Request for some goods, the purchase order is sent to the purchase department for approval. Once the approval process is complete, an acknowledgement is sent to the stores.
